Subscription FAQs

How many magnets will I receive?

You'll receive 12 magnets over 12 months, one each month.

Do I know what magnet I'm getting?

Nope! You know your club's theme, but the specific magnet each month is a surprise.

When will my subscription magnet ship?

Subscription magnets ship between the 1st and 5th of each month.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from your account. If you cancel after the 1st of the month, the cancellation applies to the next month's charge, since that month's magnet is already in production.

What's the Founding Member tier?

Founding Members pay $55/month, with that price locked forever. There are only 25 founding spots for Year 1 of any club.

Can I buy a magnet from a past month?

Sometimes! Extras are pre-made for most months and may appear in the shop or at craft fairs. Some pieces may sell out and never return.

What if my magnet arrives broken?

Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and a replacement will be sent at no cost.

How do I care for my subscription magnets?

Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from the dishwasher or microwave. If they get dusty, wipe them gently with a dry cloth.

When do subscriptions start?

The document currently specifies January 2027 for the first Breakfast Club subscription.
